    Emily Ascolillo, MA , with over two decades of experience in the field has focused her skills on providing evidence-based therapies that empower her clients to overcome
    challenges and build resilience. Emily’s approach is client centered and collaborative and she draws from a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
    Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) & Brief Strategic Family Therapy
    (BSFT) to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. Emily is known for her work under
    the Victims of Crime Act & has a passion for helping children, adults and families understand
    and address not only their immediate challenges but also the importance of their long-term
    goals and well being. Emily creates a safe and nonjudgmental space for her clients & tailors
    her approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

  • Kristen Birch is a seasoned Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than ten years of experience in outpatient therapy. As a general practitioner in psychotherapy, she utilizes a range of evidence-based treatment methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Expressive Art Therapy. Her specialized expertise encompasses the treatment of trauma, substance use disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), including religious OCD or scrupulosity. Kristen is known for her relational approach to therapy, offering a gentle and supportive environment that meets clients where they are.   • Andrea's areas of specialty are anxiety and depression, women's emotional health, family therapy, trauma treatment, spectrum disorders, and self harm. Andrea is able to work with families both on the individual and relationship level. She takes the approach that in order for the family to interact with one another in a healthy way, the individual members must feel respected, heard, and valued. I use a holistic approach to support the When past trauma interferes in our ability to balance our lives, we need to learn the tools that can help to support the whole person and allow healing.

    Andrea will teach you tools to enhance communication with your loved ones that you can use. Andrea’s work with teenagers is of note- she has an intuitive ability to connect with teenagers and also teach tools to help you manage difficulties that come up with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, complex trauma, and developmental delays.

    Laurie Radford, MS, LMHC has been a practicing mental health counselor for over 15 years, with diverse experiences as a manager, clinical practitioner, and director. Laurie has extensive knowledge of the juvenile justice world, school systems, and psychosocial stressors, and is able to work with adults, adolescents, families, and latency age children. Laurie is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-informed interventions. Laurie has a unique understanding of systems-based work with youth, and is an effective family interventionist and advocate. She employs direct, strength-based, solution-focused principles in her treatment, and works collaboratively in helping clients achieve goals. Laurie values integrative approaches to care, treating client’s whole selves.

She is passionate in supporting people through transitional points in their life and working toward understanding their authentic self and creating a life that they can enjoy living. She has an eclectic approach that allows her to work with a variety of different clients. With a background in Exercise Science and as a personal trainer, Shelby enjoys bringing a holistic view to mental health by understanding the connection of body and mind.
